A few ideas for when you feel stuck…
Recently, when folks have mentioned feeling disappointment about where they feel stuck or blocked, I hear an extra dose of self-judgement. Like they know what they “should” do to move forward but they have absolutely no motivation to actually start and it's tempting to beat themselves up about it.
Itchy, ill-fitting hand-me-downs 😳
Before I ever tried coaching, I would experience a [very true, very strong] feeling of being stuck in certain places of my life despite how much I thought I wanted to be unstuck.
What would you do with more time + energy? 🔮
When your To Do List is full of shoulds and obligation-flavored yesses [that you only said yes to because you felt bad about saying no], your time and energy seem to magically [and unfortunately...] disappear.
