From Nikita’s shownotes:
I often speak about the importance of using your voice and how your message can make a difference. For me, this platform has not only been a way to bring folks together but has also been a great source of personal healing. However, sometimes it is easy to get swayed into thinking about “right” or “wrong”. Sometimes we get so afraid of messing up that we don’t give ourselves the chance to try. What if there was a way to walk this journey from a place of neutrality? A space where good or bad doesn’t exist and you get to make the next move based on what truly aligns. The purpose of life is not to stop making mistakes, but rather to acknowledge the choices we are making and determine whether or not they are in alignment. It’s about listening to and choosing what feels good and allowing this feeling to integrate into all parts of our lives. Today, I am super excited to be coloring and journeying with the amazing Stacy Kellogg. Join Stacy and I for a conversation on the power of your message and why it’s important to get it out there even when we are afraid. Tune in to hear Stacy share tidbits and lessons from her life and career. From learning that there is no “right way” to the importance of community.
Listen in as Stacy shares:
How the pandemic and her need for connection influenced her podcasting career
The story of the podcast that never was and the event that led to Outgrow the Grind
Why it’s okay to make mistakes (and why she is choosing to love herself anyway)
More about the joy that comes from giving your body what it has been craving
How she learned that there is no “right way” (and why your message is bigger than the fear).
