Happy Summer Solstice!
Can you believe it - it's already the longest day of the year and the astronomical start of Summer!
In the Northern Hemisphere, we'll be soaking up over 15 hours of sunlight today.
I read in the New York Post that "the word “solstice” comes from the Latin word solstitium, meaning that the sun seemingly appears to stop moving at the minute the summer season arrives."
The solstice is a time to welcome change and allow your own light to shine even more brightly.
This morning I had the great pleasure of joining Danielle LaPorte's Summer Solstice Visualization.
During the call, Danielle was so extra generous and said it was okay to share the replay with anyone we'd like, and so of course I thought of you!
In Danielle's own words, this Summer Solstice Visualization is "a powerful window for letting go of the old and bringing in the new."
As one of Danielle's Heart Centered Facilitators, I've experienced many of the visualizations and meditations that she creates and shares, after every single one, I feel calmer, more grounded, and more expansive.
And this one in particular has especially beautiful imagery in it.
I hope you try it.
I'd love to hear what your experience was like if you feel inspired to share it with me (you can just reply to this email and I'll get it!).
Sending lots of sunshine your way,
Stacy
