What treasures are hiding in YOUR đź’ś?
On Tuesday I had a free sample coaching session with Caroline, a woman I’d never met before.
We had a wonderful session talking about her life now and how she's longing for it to be.
After our call, Caroline applied to join my new group coaching circle starting next month.
This is what she wrote in her application about our sample session:
"A dark, dusty room in my heart was opened and the lights were turned on to explore the hidden treasures. I felt invigorated and hopeful!"
Wow.
When I read her words, I felt so much astonishment and gratitude for what can be unlocked just in 40 minutes with a complete stranger on Zoom.
And yesterday, Caroline emailed me to say that our conversation sparked so much inspiration in her that she decided to show up even more fully as herself at work the next day. She called it a "huge metamorphosis." 🦋
And if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that we desperately more women like you sharing your invigorated and hopeful heart centered leadership with your loved ones, your community, and our world right now.
Which has me wondering...
What hidden treasures might be uncovered for YOU in a small group of like-hearted women?
Outgrow the Grind: A Heart Centered Women's Circle is a group coaching program for only six deeply caring, high achieving women who want to be first on their list instead of last.
In this six-month program, you'll receive a supportive and inspiring community + 1:1 coaching + powerful practices* to empower you.
Is the Outgrow the Grind Circle for you [or a woman you know]?
You feel weighed down by the daily grind. And when you’re not putting someone else’s needs first, you feel guilty.
You want to tend to your own needs and grow your dreams, but with all that you’re juggling and all that’s happening in the world right now, you don’t know where to begin.
At the end of the day, you’re tallying up all the things you’ve gotten wrong instead of acknowledging what you’re doing right.
You’re resentful when you lose sight of your own dreams and prioritize someone else’s. You’re judging them (…aaaand maybe everyone else, including yourself).
You’re great at what you do at work and home — and you aren’t so great at sitting still, asking for help, or delegating. Your go-to is to figure it out all on your own and you’re exhausted.
You’re over trying to motivate yourself with shame and guilt telling you that you can’t take care of yourself or rest until you’ve “earned” it.
What if you could outgrow the guilt AND the grind?
✨ Just imagine...
Knowing, without a doubt, that you and your needs matter.
Making choices that reflect what’s important to you, instead of what others need and want from you.
Showing up to important moments with presence and power.
Learning to inspire and motivate yourself in a gentle and kind way instead of a nasty, Drill Sergeant-who-constantly-berates-you way.
Stop having to pretend like things are “good enough” when you’re not really fulfilled, or that you’ve “got it” when, in truth, you’re hanging on by a very frayed and lonely little thread.
Feeling good about asking for help or support when you needed it.
Learn more about the program and if it might be a fit for you or a deeply caring, high achieving woman you know right here.
Shake a tail feather, because there are only 4 spots left!
Sending lots of love your way,
Stacy
*PS: If you're wondering what I mean by "powerful practices", I'm leading a 90-minute workshop on Monday, May 16th. You'll get a sneak peek of a favorite exercise that we'll dig into in the Outgrow the Grind Circle.
It's called "Choose Loving Thoughts" and in it, you'll identify thoughts about yourself that are fear-based and consciously choose loving thoughts instead. You'll identify and remove the weeds in the garden of your mind.
It's an exercise I learned in Danielle LaPorte's Heart Centered Facilitator program! Enroll here, it's $25.
PPS: This week's episode of Outgrow the Grind features Special Education teacher, gardener, and self-proclaimed "plant freak" Edwina Townsend!
Edwina shares how learning to tend to herself first made all the difference in the world. Especially as someone who cares for others both at work and at home.
