4 good reasons why you haven’t signed up yet.
I was thinking about the reasons why folks haven't signed up for my new Outgrow the Grind small group coaching circle.
And I'm certain that you have some genuinely good reasons, like...
I don't have time.
I don't want to invest good money in yet ANOTHER program that I'm not sure will work for me.
A six month program is too big of a commitment for me, especially over the summer!
I'm nervous about too much change all at once.
If you've thought about applying for the Outgrow the Grind circle but you're just not sure if it's right for you, I can share more info to help make it easier for you to decide.
⏰ Good reason #1: You don't have time.
Is it that you don't have time or that you don't prioritize yourself? [And the rare times you do, you feel guilty about it]?
There's a reason I created this program for deeply caring high-achievers who are last on their own list!
I bet you're excellent at tending to everyone else's needs.
Grocery run for a neighbor in need? You're on it.
That parent committee at your kid's school needs more volunteers? Absolutely!
Another favor for a family member? Oh, you bet.
Leading another project at work in addition to your regular workload because you're the most capable? Bring it on.
One of the foundations of the program is that it makes you carve out time for yourself + your needs + your dreams during the program. It's not like the vacation days you never take or that massage gift certificate collecting dust in your junk drawer - tending to you is built in!
Squeezing your needs into the little slivers between what others needs from you is draining your battery. And because you want to be seen as helpful and capable; you keep saying yes to the commitments that come your way, but you have no way of telling if these things on your long To Do List are actually the RIGHT commitments that nurture your growth.
Do your yesses support what matters most to you or bring you energy? How much energy is putting everyone else's needs before your own costing you?
This program will help you prioritize yourself and set boundaries without feeling guilty or selfish.
💸 Good reason #2: You don't want to invest good money in yet ANOTHER program that you’re not sure will work for you.
Oooohhhhh yes, I'm with you. I've been there too - embarrassed by the money I spent on things I bought and didn't finish [or even start in some cases, oops] or programs that didn't actually help me.
Let me ask you this about those programs you bought...
Were there more than six participants in the entire program?
Was the course material too much work in a short period of time, leading to even more overwhelm than before you started?
Did you have unlimited access to the person leading the program who you could call with wins or questions or extra support?
Could you hide in the back or distract yourself by focusing on other people instead of yourself?
This group coaching circle is intentionally very small - it's only for six women. There is some work that you'll do outside of our group sessions every two weeks, but not so much that you'll be buried in homework or get discouraged because you feel "behind."
The value of this circle is phenomenal. I haven't any seen any small programs with BOTH group and 1:1 coaching for this price point.
With only five other women in the circle, you will be seen, heard, and supported. You’ll engage in exercises and practices, and share what you’re learning as you grow. As your coach and guide, I'm 100% committed to making sure you're getting exactly what you came for.

📆 Good reason #3: A six month program is too big of a commitment for you, especially over the summer!
It is a big commitment, you're exactly right! In order to change old habits and patterns, we need to not only learn new tools and practices, we also need time to integrate what we’re learning into our daily lives.
My hunch is that you’re really good at rushing and multi-tasking and juggling too many things all at once. Is it true?
To me, true + sustainable growth requires time, consistency, spaciousness and commitment.
In an 8-week or 3-month program, you’d certainly be able to start making progress before the program ends. But I want you to have more than just a kickstart. Plus, we’re building a community with each other, and that too is an investment over time.
Your precious needs and dreams deserve your loving attention and tending now - not next year or in five years - right now. Because you pouring your time, energy and attention OUT instead of IN won't stop unless you intentionally make a change - even in the summer!
Wouldn't a summer where you feel full permission to say YES to what you want and NO to what you don't want feel wonderful?
🤯 Good reason #4: You’re nervous about too much change all at once.
To all of you deeply caring, high-achievers: this program won't stop you from being a caring person or from achieving a lot. It will change HOW you approach both caring and achieving.
During and after the program, your caring won't just flow out to others, you'll also learn to be more caring and compassionate with yourself. And your achieving will shift to what honors your unique values, not pushing yourself past your limits, perfectionism, or always feeling like you have to prove that you're good enough.
In addition, by the end of our six months together, you’ll be able to…
Prioritize your precious needs
Be more and do less
Set powerful boundaries without feeling guilty
Share more of who you really are, with confidence
Tap into permission, validation and guidance within you instead of chasing it externally
Delegate and ask for help at work and home
Be more kind and compassionate with yourself
Tend to your big dreams that scare and excite you
And, you don’t have to wait until the program is over to see results. You’ll notice you have more energy, better boundaries, and more self-trust just a few weeks in.
Here's what one of our participants in Monday's workshop featuring one of the exercise we'll do in the group coaching circle shared about her experience:
"It's always so nice to gather and talk about deep, meaningful things, not just chit chat. It's been really nourishing to share with everybody and hear what everybody is sharing. I feel like this is good, good medicine for old, tired, habitual thoughts. I see the power in it. I'm taking away this new medicine to play with and explore."
Could you benefit from new medicine in a small and nourishing group of like-hearted women?
At this point you should have just about everything you need to make the best choice for you. And if that leads to outgrowing the grind and the guilt so you can put yourself first instead of last, I can't wait to read your application.
If there are additional reasons for you not joining us that you want to ask me about, email me at stacy@stacyrayekellogg.com and I'll get back to you right away. We can touch base via email or a quick call in a no pressure, easeful way.
Apply now (we start on Tuesday night)!
Thank you,
Stacy
PS. Do you know a woman who might benefit from this program? I'd be delighted if you'd forward this blog to her.
