A menu of ✨ inspiration for you!

I've been thinking about you!

My new Outgrow the Grind women's circle started at the end of May and I took a little solo road trip to Asheville, NC.

Here's a pic of my trusty sidekick bouquet of peonies that joined me on my road trip... [and lemme tell ya, the AC blasting on them gave me this lovely, sensory, spa-like experience on wheels!]

I'm getting in touch because I want to share some of my most recent podcast episodes with you just in case they might serve as a source of inspiration or delight for you.

Here's your menu...

  • If you find yourself trying to distract yourself from how you really feel, listen to "Explore Your Emotions".

  • When the career [or anything] that you want feels like it's for other people and not you, and you want to start thinking about what else might be possible, listen to "Plant New Possibilities." This episode features Val Nelson, a career and business coach for introverts and highly sensitive people.

  • If you're 'should'ing all over yourself and want more GROWTH and less grind and guilt, tune into "Shake Off Those Shoulds."

  • If you've been curious about how to listen to your intuition AND be open to support from the universe, you'll enjoy "Cultivate Your Unique Calling" with my dear friend Donna Otmani. She's a Soul-Centered Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator.

  • If receiving praise makes you squirm, you'll enjoy "Share More of Your Shine."

  • If you're used to caring for everyone else first and putting yourself last, you'll love what Edwina Townsend (special educator, gardener, and self-proclaimed “plant freak”) shares in "Tend to Yourself First."

I hope you find some soul medicine in whatever episodes you tune into.

Would you consider helping me with a favor?

For those of you that love sharing your opinion AND also appreciate a rockin' playlist, I'd love your feedback about my recent Outgrow the Grind coaching circle.

I want to learn more about why you didn't sign up and what might be helpful for you instead right now.

If you complete this short n simple 5-question survey, I'll send you my 🫘 SEED playlist, which includes over 3 hours of songs that remind you of your amazingness. Because just like a small seed, you were born with everything you need to grow and blossom to your full potential.

To tempt you, here's what one of the women in my circle said about this playlist...

I appreciate you being part of our community.

Wishing you an easy and restful evening,

Stacy
