When’s the last time you said “yes” when you meant “no”?

I'm sure you've heard of the terms “Good Girl” and “People Pleaser”...

If you haven't, allow us to introduce you to her...

  • She has you say ‘yes’ when you really mean no. [Sure, I’ll pet sit your animals while I already have an overflowing plate and am running empty… absolutely!]

  • She has you put your needs last, never first. [How many times have you made sure everyone else’s bellies are full before you even think about satiating your own hunger?!]

  • She gets you to give (your time, energy) beyond the point of exhaustion. [How could you possibly cancel just because you didn’t sleep well and you worked until midnight - you already said yes!]

  • When you listen to her, your decisions are laced with “shoulds”. And because of that? You feel angry and resentful. [I “should” fly home to visit my family even though everything in my body is saying ‘not now’.]

  • She makes you think that perfectionism is necessary to earn respect and be loveable. [No, my website / program / book / work project is still not ready to share - try back in 407 years when it’s finally ‘done’]

Because of these behaviors, you end up judging and shaming yourself for not having this sorted out already.

I STILL don't have this figured out?!

All of this has you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, lonely and powerless.

Like no matter how hard you work or how much you give, it’s never enough and your inner Good Girl / People Pleaser is never satisfied.

Now do you recall meeting her? You’re not the only one. 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋‍♀️

Let’s circle up for a virtual 90-minute women’s circle and explore:

  • How the Good Girl / People Pleaser is currently showing up and how that impacts your energy and expression

  • Where she comes from and what's underneath her behaviors

  • How to make space for her and understand her needs so that you can work together instead of against each other.

  • How you can liberate yourself from these limiting behaviors without shaming or disowning her wisdom.

If you want to [finally!] befriend your Inner Good Girl / People Pleaser so that you can reclaim your creativity, voice, and sovereignty, then this is for you!

We’re limiting our circle to six spaces, so go ahead and join now if you’re feeling the call. We'd love to welcome you.
