Trusting yourself when creating something new
I hope you had a nice long holiday weekend.
I had absolutely no plans and allowed myself to rest and take a couple of meandering walks in the neighborhood.
Time in nature and rest always bring clarity to my thinking and my heart’s desires!
You know what else does that? Connecting with lovely humans like Seema Sodha who I interviewed on my latest podcast episode.
In this conversation, we chat about the grind and how it showed up in Seema's journey of writing a book. You will learn:
The messages we receive about productivity and action that can get especially loud when we create something new.
How trusting ourselves is an important part of taking our power back, and how it’s a nonlinear process.
How sharing your truth and connecting with others is an antidote to the sneakiness of the grind that wears us down.
And so much more!
Whether you’re working on a new creative project or simply curious about how we slow down our progress when we stop listening to ourselves (like it can for Seema and for me!), you'll want to tune in.

With heart,

PS. Did you enjoy the space we created together? If yes, come join our next women’s circle! It’s on Sunday (September 10th) and we’re going to explore the ‘good girl’ conditioning that most women receive as young girls and how to befriend this part of us so that it no longer holds us back.
