What does your heart say?

I hope your week is off to a great start.

During my summer podcast pause, I've been thinking a lot about how I can best serve you, especially now, when the world is in such desperate need of deeply caring high achievers like you to help lead the way towards love.

As you may know, I became a Heart Centered Facilitator at the end of last year. In the program, I learned 30+ powerful Heart Centered exercises [created by Danielle LaPorte, author of The Desire Map] - first as a participant, and then as a facilitator.

I saw [and more importantly, felt] firsthand that when the world is in upheaval, the most socially responsible path is to heal ourselves of what’s raging within.

We become less triggerable.

Steady in the storm.

More loving.

That’s the great awakening—and it begins inside.
