8 questions, 8 answers!
I love getting questions about my next women's circle! Especially now that we're one week away from our Welcome Call on June 11th.
Here are a few of the questions I've been getting with [as short 'n sweet as I can give 'em] answers...
Who is this women's circle for?
You're a woman* who is used to burnout and putting other people first. Maybe you identify as a “People Pleaser” or a “High Achiever” or a “Fixer.”
You’ve achieved a lot on the outside but it cost you a lot on the inside.
There’s more you want to do, but it’s time to do and create in a new way.
You’re craving a sense of community with like-hearted women who truly get it.
*I use an inclusive definition of “women” that includes all women and non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women.
What happens in a women's circle?
A group coaching circle is a small community where you can come as you are, be both brave and authentic, and not be the one that has to "have it all together" or lead the way [like you have to do at home or work].
It’s a space where you’ll engage in exercises and practices, and share what you’re learning as you grow.
Instead of a lecture and a slide deck, imagine a very connective, supportive book club (with a lot less reading, more exercises, and lots of space to reflect).
What if I'm shy or I don't know what to say?
I’m so glad you asked! Some of our previous participants would also consider themselves shy.
Our small circle is very informal and welcoming.
I trust that you’ll share what and when you want to, no pressure to talk more than you’re comfortable with.
What will the group coaching calls be like?
We’ll begin each call with a practice to let go of distractions, fully arrive together, and get centered.
Then we’ll start with a check-in question so we can hear from you and your fellow circlers. After that, we’ll dive into an exercise together.
Then we’ll get into sharing and reflection about what you’re learning. You may be invited to share with the full group or you might share in a smaller breakout group with 1-2 other women. Here you’ll have the chance to be witnessed without judgment.
Before we say goodbye, I’ll share optional at-home exercises for you to dig into before our next session.
There will be time to ask questions, and then we’ll close our circle with a completion round of shares from everyone.

How much does this women's circle cost?
While the total value of all of the pieces that are included with the women's circle add up to over $8,000, I offer 3 different tiers of equity-based, pay-what-you-choose pricing for the women’s circle that ranges from $300 - $700 per month.
To find your pricing tier, click here. If you're in the lowest tier, and the price is still not accessible to you, please contact me and we'll talk about it.
What's the schedule for the women's circle?
Here's the program schedule.
What's the time commitment?
It's up to you! Plan to spend about 2 hours a week on the weeks that we have our 90-minute group coaching calls and 30 minutes to an hour per week on the weeks that we don’t meet.
After a couple of weeks, you’ll find your own rhythm of how much time you want to engage with your playlists, workbook, journal, or with your circlemates in the online community.
Consider everything beyond the group and 1:1 coaching calls a buffet to sample from for a full six months, where you can decide what tastes best to you and leave the rest.
I don't consider myself a "people pleaser" or "high achiever" or "fixer." Can I still apply?
This is a great question to bring to your alignment call with me after you fill out your application to express your interest in the program.
Maybe you’d never call yourself a “people pleaser” or “high achiever” or “fixer” because you’d use different words (like “nurturer” or “caretaker”) or maybe you don’t quite identify with the unique challenges that this circle was created to address.
Don’t worry, we’ll figure it out together on our alignment call.
And if this circle isn’t quite a fit, we can explore alternative ways for you to try some of the exercises and practices that you’re curious about.
Do you have a question or two that I didn't cover? Send me an email and I'll respond to you today.
Or, if you want to browse the info page on your own, please do!
I'd love to support you.
Thank you,
Stacy
PS. If there's a woman in your world who wants to outgrow the grind of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and proving their worth by how hard she works, I'd be so grateful if you forwarded this blog to her! It could be a massive gift from you to share this opportunity with her and a very appreciated gift from you to support to me and my business. Thank you in advance for helping me reach the women that most need this!
